Let’s Lower Your Stress Levels
I have a few Questions
1) How peaceful and happy is your day-to-day life? Do you ever lose your temper? Get anxious?
2) What systems are in place to help you destress? Do you have systems to reduce anxiety?
3) How’s your attitude? Are you happy, cheerful, and thankful or do you experience some grudges, bitterness, anger, or self-pity?
Before you start beating yourself up, we ALL get stressed, angry, and anxious. The difference comes in how we handle it.
Stress can cause a host of issues including, but not limited to the following:
- Heart disease
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
According to the Mayo Clinic, uncontrolled stress takes a toll on your mood, your behavior, and your body.

Don't despair! There are MANY things we can do to lower stress levels.
If you're a caregiver, one thing you can do is get support. It would be best if you didn't try to be a solo caregiver. Doing so results in shortening your own life!
There are online and offline support groups where you can share info with other caregivers. Sometimes, having someone to vent to who understands what you're going through can be beneficial.
If you have situations or questions you need answered, send me an e-mail, and we can chat for 30 minutes for FREE. I guarantee you'll leave happier and with some solutions to try.
If you love it and see the benefit, you can purchase additional consultations (chats) for a low price.
There's no obligation or pressure to purchase anything, just a desire to see you flourish on your caregiving journey. Please email [email protected] and tell me a few dates and times you are available. You have nothing to lose.... except stress! Email TODAY while spots are still available.
