Meet From the Comfort of Home
Hope & Help Chats are held privately through Zoom for your convenience. There is no need to arrange transportation, find respite care, or take your loved one somewhere unfamiliar.
Schedule your chat during a typical nap, a favorite television program, or another quiet part of the day.
You can receive practical guidance, encouragement, and a compassionate listening ear without adding another complicated outing to your already-full schedule.
Hope for today. Help for what comes next.

A practical family caregiving plan
Sharing the Responsibilities
Debbie has helped siblings develop workable plans that divide responsibilities according to each person’s availability, location, abilities, and strengths.
A plan might include who communicates with doctors, manages paperwork, researches resources, provides hands-on help, checks in with the primary caregiver, or serves as backup when plans change.
The goal is not to make every role identical—it is to make expectations clear, contributions meaningful, and caregiving more manageable for everyone.
Simple and caregiver-friendly

From caregivers who understand
Hope & Help in Their Own Words
“Sharing with you has helped me so much! Your ideas help a bunch, but the fact that you listen and understand what I’m going through means a ton. Thank you!”
“Your sessions have helped me in innumerable ways, and I always come away with a better understanding of my and my family’s situation. Not to mention, we always find something to laugh about!”
“I truly had no one to turn to who could help me see things as you have. I needed a Christian who would also understand the pressures of ministry. You have been all that and more. Thank you for listening, for being there, and for becoming a true friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Someone who has been there
Meet Debbie
Debbie DeMoss Compton became a full-time caregiver without the training, knowledge, or roadmap she wished she had. After caring for family members living with vascular dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease, she became a Certified Caregiving Consultant and Certified Caregiver Advocate.
Today, Debbie combines professional training with hard-earned experience, practical strategies, compassion, and gentle humor. Her goal is simple: to help make your caregiving journey easier than hers was.
